Rękopis z kolekcji rodzinnej potomków Auguste'a Franchomme'a w Paryżu. Zakupiony przez Andrzeja Mitko na aukcji "Autographes & Livres" w Hôtel Drouot w Paryżu 26 maja 1999 roku. Zakupiony od Ewy Osińskiej-Mitko przez Narodowy Instytut Fryderyka Chopina 29 sierpnia 2017 roku.
